not technically baking: but it’s good

Upon Steph’s request:

Amalgamated Potato Salad Recipe

5 Medium Sized Red Potatoes (Diced Boiled and Cooled)
3 Boiled Eggs (Cooled and Diced)
3 Green Onions (the green part only, finely chopped)
1 Red Onion (diced finely) ** I only used 1/2 because I didn’t want it to be overpowering)
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard **Can use more to taste**
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Basically Boil the Eggs and Potatoes, let them cool

In Bowl, mix the other ingredients in together
Add in eggs, mix
Add in Potatoes mix..
add chives to the top for a garnish =)

ways to lighten this recipe: Light Mayonnaise, 2% Shredded Cheddar, 1 cup Mayo and 1/2 cup mustard, as opposed to what is listed above.

Simple Everything Cookies


Here’s what you need:
3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 sticks of butter

1 Peanut butter Cookie Mix Betty Crocker
1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix Betty Crocker
1 medium size bag of M&M’s your choice: dark chocolate, milk chocolate

Mix together dry ingredients.
Add eggs and softened butter, stir

Then add M&M’s and stir!


PUT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 hour.
preheat oven to 375ยบ

Drop a couple of inches apart on a cookie sheet…
and bake for 10-12 minutes.. DISCLAIMER (I personally don’t enjoy these cookies unless they are underbaked: about 8-9 minutes taken out and let to cool for a few seconds)
